Thomas Restaurant & Bar opened in March 2010 offering a completely different environment to eat and drink in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
Behind the venue are Paul Astill, Nicky Rybka-Goldsmith and Yvonne G. Rybka Erskine who between them own Cord and The Bay Horse. Yvonne has an extensive background within the restaurant industry (Reform, The Restaurant Bar & Grill and Lounge 10), Nicky is a prominent spokesperson within The Northern Quarter, and Paul has designed many interiors within the business.
The menu is a collection of everyone’s favourite dishes and drinks with an emphasis on mouthwatering flavours, quality and value for money. Head Chef Midi combines his classic training with local ingredients to produce a menu that appeals to everyone yet inhibits no one. Classic cocktails with exciting twists, and a small but beautifully formed wine list both help create a very special venue within the area.
In March this year we launched our Clubroom on the second floor which is available for private hire for many occasions, and corporate events and seminars.
